Surviving and Thriving During Non-Stop Change
Two Core Models
The Transition Curve provides a realistic model for understanding the dynamics of change as a normal, natural progression. This model is the hallmark of the Change Program. Participants learn the four stages and ways to move themselves, and those they supervise, through the experience. The path of change is experienced through an interactive, participatory activity. Communication strategies for each stage are also explained and discussed. It is a cognitive approach to an emotional experience.
Personal Power Grid: The second core model guides participants to strategically analyze the opportunities and stumbling blocks within a specific change situation. It helps participants discern which tasks are the most effective use of their time when faced with frustrations and multiple priorities.
